Wales' Strongest Man 2012 will be hosted at the United Counties Showground in Carmarthen on July 14th as part of our Welsh Strength and Power Weekend.

Other events and activities that weekend include guest appearances, a Tug-of-War and the Celtic Battle - MMA Fight Night.

On Sunday 15th July we have Wales' Strongest Woman and Wales' Strongest Man (under 90kg) and a Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu tournament.

An outdoor fairground and camping will also be available.
